Male guests should be dressed formally (i.e. suit, shirt, tie with shoes). For female guests, smart/special occasion wear.
Guests should note that traditionally you should refrain from wearing all black or blue with white, as these colours are associated with bereavement. While red is considered to be a lucky colour.
For example, male guests should avoid wearing a black suit, black or white shirt with a black tie. However, a black suit, white shirt with a coloured tie (e.g. yellow or red) will be fine. Alternatively a blue suit, white shirt with a coloured tie (e.g. pink) will also be suitable.
For female guess, avoid all black outfits. However, black outfits with other coloured details or accessories will be fine. For example, a black and cream dress with coloured shoes will be suitable.
Evening Reception/After Party
Smart, casual wear (i.e. no trainers or t-shirts).
